Since spring 2016, this gigantic climbing tower has been standing in Karl's adventure village in Elstal near Berlin!
The tower is equipped with a 130m³ three dimensional net.
The 17-metre long slide returns the brave climbers back to the ground at a rapid pace.
The tower is a possibly record-breaking 13.2 meters high. There’s a great view to enjoy from here.
The net tunnel creates another way to get into or out of the climbing equipment, at the same time the higher restaurant terrace was integrated.
The playground is designed in a rusty look to fit to the entire amusement park. The extra thick posts are made of natural rust. The slide was created with a foil wetted with metal particles, underneath it is made of stainless steel.
Not only the children but Ute Hoffmann, the responsible landscape architect, is also thrilled: "We think that Karls climbing tower was very successfully and unmistakably implemented by the Berliner Seilfabrik and fits wonderfully into our playing concept".
