Kaheyo
Technical Insights
Kaheyo’s organic design language is made possible by specially developed structural solutions. The new Berlin mesh, with its high and low points, ensures even net tension and creates the characteristic undulating net landscapes. The play elements echo the flowing design and blend harmoniously into the overall picture. Thanks to the three attachment points on the egg-shaped clamp, the ropes at the edge can be connected in a variety of ways and precisely adapted to the organic shapes. Three balls of different sizes—designed to fit various post diameters—conceal the technical connecting elements. They are designed for both straight and curved posts and combine functionality with a clean, natural aesthetic.
What makes Kaheyo special?
At the heart of Kaheyo is the newly developed Berliner Mesh concept. A specially designed, flexible rope without a steel core enables curved net structures with gentle high and low points. The undulating surface nets and additional attachments—such as Hammocks, Climbing Ropes, or Nest Swings—invite children to climb, balance, explore, and relax, creating varied spaces for movement for people of all ages.
The organic design is consistently carried through to the smallest detail: varying post diameters, delicate connecting elements, and harmoniously integrated spheres blend technology and design
into a single unit. Newly developed components, such as the Charlotte Connector 2.0 and the egg-shaped clamp with three attachment points, enable variable rope connections and reliably absorb the high forces of the curved net structure. This creates flowing forms without compromising on stability and durability.
