A special highlight is the VIP Swing: an inclusive swing where children with physical disabilities can experience movement in a completely new way. While they swing, they playfully strengthen their core muscles.
The playground at Puddle Jumper Park is more than just a place to play. Pediatric physical therapist Monica Aalbers, who was involved in the planning of the playground, describes the inclusive approach: ‘This park connects children of all abilities; it is not a separate area for people with disabilities, but a place where all children can play together
